Emmett Technique

The Emmett Technique is a practitioner only course. Whilst Emmett Technique can be used as a stand alone therapy, it is offered as an adjunct to other modalities. Emmett integrates extremely well with all therapies, including, chiropractic, osteopathic, massage, bowen, physiotherapy and reiki. It is a requirement that all Emmett practitioners have adequate knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Kerry Stroud and Rick Cuthbert work together, on behalf of Ross Emmett, instructing the technique around Australia.
Emmett Technique is in high demand in countries across Europe and is soon to be taken to Asian countries by Ross Emmett.

Emmtech

Emmtech was developed by Ross Emmett as a first aide course in muscle release therapy. Emmtech is aimed at Personal Trainers, Coaches, Horse Handlers, Aged Carers and General Carers. Emmtech gives back to the general population the ability to help those around them achieve greater comfort and independence. Emmtech courses are generally held over two 4 hour sessions one week apart and at the end of the course participants are given a dvd covering the muscle release techniques covered over the course.
Emmtech trained coaches and personal trainers in particular certainly have the edge when it comes to achieving results for their clients and teams.

Tom Bowen Therapy (TBT) 101
4 Day basic Relaxation Assessment Course
2 Day Optional Course (available for Practitioners/Therapists only)
The basic movements and philosophy of the late Tom Bowen's therapy can be learnt in a six day course with personal instruction and notes provided.
The therapy is named after Tom Bowen, a self taught therapist from Geelong, Victoria, Australia. He was said to treat as many as 13,000 people per year with great results. His basic technique is the content of this course and is taught by qualified instructors in Bowen therapy who have been selected by Ross Emmett. It is through Ross's understanding of this technique that Tom Bowen's Therapy 101 is delivered.
The therapy consists of a series of gentle moves, over muscle and connective tissue which promotes muscle relaxation and thus allows the body the opportunity to self correct. TBT 101 may be used in conjunction with your prior training in other modalities or as a stand alone modality for relaxtation and gentle correction.
TBT 101 may be used for treating babies and the aged and frail.
This course enables therapists simple, gentle methods of assessment thereby avoiding further pain and discomfort for the client.

Reiki I
Anyone from 6 years old to 106 years old can be attuned to the healing energies of Reiki. Reiki enhances every aspect of one’s life. Once attuned to the Reiki energy, one may experience subtle changes in areas of: awareness; spirituality; life direction; relationships; career and attitudes towards others and the environment in which we live in a very positive way.
You can expect to experience a change in the way your hands feel after the attunement to the Reiki energy. You may feel a slight tingling sensation, or an unusual warmth or a heightened sensitivity.
Once you have been attuned to the Reiki energy you will have the ability to apply your hands on yourself to reduce stress, enhance sleep, alleviate pain such as headaches, sinus pain, arthritis and colic.
Reiki benefits everyone from newborn to the aged. Reiki will enable you to help ease pain and stress in your life. It is particularly effective with settling babies. A must for every parent! However it is strongly advised to complete level two before using Reiki on others. Reiki one is for self healing.
Reiki II
 When you are attuned to the healing energies of Reiki II your healing abilities and sensitivities are increased dramatically. You are able to access the ability to send healing to those not present. You can send healing to loved ones overseas or in the next room. You can send healing to other countries with the aim to inspire peace and harmony. You can also send protection to your loved ones. You can even programme healing ahead of time. For example you can send healing programmed to arrive either for yourself or others for a future time.
When attuned to Reiki II you are given three sacred symbols which enables you to send healing across time and space, and to heal on a mental, physical and emotional level. Reiki Level II also enhances your intuition and psychic abilities.
Reiki III
Level III is for Reiki channels who are passionate about Reiki and wish to go that bit further and to learn the tools of a Reiki Master. Those who aspire to Reiki Level III, find that life becomes more meaningful, and their healing power, insight and intuition much stronger.
With Reiki III you will learn how to use your new skills in your practice, how to effectively communicate with your clients and to assist your clients in releasing limiting emotions. One month after the workshop you will be invited to return to learn to perform an attunement.
Equus Muscle Management
 Equus Muscle Management (EMM) is a natural Muscle Release Therapy for animals that has been developed here in Australia. It is based on the Emmet Neuromuscular Release technique as it applies to animals as developed by Ross Emmett. Often referred to as Equine Massage Therapy by the layman, it is so much more than that.
Equus Muscle Management provides real hands on training for those interested in learning how to apply natural Muscle Release Therapy for animals.
We don't expect nor do we require prior academic qualifications as a pre requisite to participate in our training courses. Sometimes an excessive reliance on theoretical knowledge and preconceptions can inhibit ones ability to learn and apply these skills. All we require is a love of animals and a willingness to learn and apply your natural abilities.
